DELIVERY INFORMATION
Where do you deliver to - We currently deliver to anywhere within the U.K including Northern Ireland. If you require a delivery outside of the UK, please use the link at the bottom of the page for Bradford International sites.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering - Unfortunately we are unable to provide a specific date for delivery. Our products are delivered by either Royal Mail or Home Delivery Network depending on the size and weight of your goods. If the delivery is with Royal Mail and you are not at home when they try to deliver they will leave a card for you to collect the goods from your local sorting office. If the delivery is with Home delivery Network and you are not at home at the time of delivery they will leave a card for you to contact them and re-arrange a more convenient time to deliver. We can also arrange for your item to be delivered to an alternative address such as a work place to make delivery more convenient for you. If you wish to add an alternative delivery address please provide these details along with your order.
When will I receive my order - All orders are subject to stock availability. If your order is in stock delivery will be within 8-10 working days. If you require delivery sooner than this we can offer an express delivery service. Should you wish to arrange an express delivery please contact our client services department. Please note extra postage and packaging charges will apply
INVOICING INFORMATION
How can I pay for my invoice - We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque or postal order*. You can telephone our 24 hour payment line 0844 499 9988 to make a payment, alternatively you can send your payment to the following address: The Bradford Group, Units 1 & 2, Boothen Old Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 4RX. Please remember to include your payment slip when posting payment to us.
I have paid by card, when will my card be debited - Your card will be debited on the date of despatch. If you have chosen to pay monthly instalments by a Visa or MasterCard future payments will be debited automatically every 28 days after despatch.
Are my details secure - The Bradford Exchange is a well established company and has been for many years, please go to the link "about us" to find out more. We can assure you that we follow all the relevant security requirements to ensure any details provided are totally secure.
