What This Means for You

During this period, please be assured of the following:

• Whilst we are not accepting new orders at present, we remain committed to supporting our existing customer base.
• Invoices and account balances remain payable in line with your existing terms, and should be settled as normal. Our billing and accounts team remains fully operational.
• For payments, customers can call 0333 207 6830 and select option 2. Please ensure your account number is ready when calling.
• Alternatively, payments can be made by cheque or payment slip. Please make your cheque payable to The Bradford Exchange, and write your Client Account Number on the back. Include your Payment Slip and send it in the envelope provided to:
