What does this cover?
Your Extended Replacement Guarantee is designed to protect you against the cost of replacing a product that proves to have defects in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If possible, we will replace the product with a new one. However, our products are collectable, and many are limited editions. In the event we are unable to replace the product, we will reimburse the full purchase price.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
When does the cover start and end?
The Extended Replacement Guarantee period is 3 years (36 months) from the date our standard guarantee runs out.
What is not covered?
Damage caused by external influences (e.g. water, smoke, fire, chemicals, or any type of accidental damage).
If I change my mind, can I cancel the cover?
Yes, as long as you have not made a claim and you are within the first 45 days of purchase.
Can I claim even though I received my product as a gift?
Yes, please follow the steps 1 to 4 under the below section How can I make a claim?. If you do not hold the Extended Replacement Guarantee, please speak to the gift buyer to see if this was purchased with the product before contacting us.

- Firstly, check the eligibility to claim.
- If the product was purchased as a gift, you will need to provide the certificate of cover, the account holder's full name, address, and the name of the product when making a claim.
- In your communication, please state the reason for the claim and provide any photos to help process your claim as quickly as possible.
