  1. My watch requires new batteries
    If your watch requires a new battery, you can replace them at most high street jewellers.
  2. I accidently broke my product
    Unfortunately we do not offer a repair service. Many of our products are limited editions and are only available for a short period of time. Replacement products can only be sold if in stock and available via our website.
  3. My product arrived broken
