  1. How is my order shipped, can I send a gift and what are the standard delivery times?’

There may be inevitable delays, but mail order is our greatest strength and we’ve been the world leader in mail order collectables for almost 50 years.     Express Shipping may not be available for all of the items on our site, is only available for items shipped within mainland UK, and may be determined by the location. Please allow additional time for regional and rural areas.

    Each item ordered will be debited a shipping and service charge as advertised. The standard charge is displayed on the item detail page next to the price of the item, as well as during your checkout process.

    With standard shipping and service, you should generally receive your item within 8 to 10 days, but it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks. If an item has a delivery timeframe beyond this, it will be stated on the item detail page. To find the shipping timeframe for any item on the site, simply add it to your Shopping Cart and click the 'Delivery Options' link on the 'View Cart' page.

    Shipping and service charges include apportioned shipping, order processing, returns processing, credit services, customer service and other costs related to serving you at your home.

  2. Where do you deliver?

    A: We currently deliver to anywhere within the U.K. including Northern Ireland. Please note, express delivery is not avalable for offshore addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote and rural areas.

  3. I have waited 10 days and have not received my item – what should I do now?

    A: We apologise that you have not received your item. Please note that some items may take longer to be manufactured than originally anticipated and be assured that we work closely with our suppliers to ensure delivery times are kept to a minimum.

  4. What do I do if the website service and handling is different to what is shown on my order form?

    A: Please place your order as normal on our website. During the order process we will ask for the order reference number, please quote this when ordering. (The order reference number is shown on your form and begins with either 03 or P3.) - If you have provided your order reference number, once we receive your order we will charge you the service and handling amount shown on your order form.

  5. What if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?

    A: If the delivery is with Royal Mail and you're not at home when they try to deliver your item(s), they will leave a delivery card explaining how to collect it from your local sorting office

    A: If the delivery is with a courier and you are not at home at the time of delivery, they will leave a delivery card for you to contact them so you can
    re-arrange a more convenient time for them to deliver your item(s)

  6. I have ordered a collection, when will my products be delivered?

    A: Usually, each issue in a collection is invoiced and despatched separately to you, approximately every month or two after each previous issue is despatched and paid in full. All subsequent issues will be charged to the same credit card as the first issue
