This depends on whether we have actually shipped your order or not.
When we check, pack and despatch your order we will send you an email confirming that it is on its way. If you haven’t received this despatch confirmation yet, then please bear with us; we work closely with our partners to ensure delivery times are kept to a minimum, but sometimes circumstances beyond our control mean that delivery may take longer than anticipated. If we think that your order is going to be delayed we will let you know within 28 days of you placing your order.
However, if you have received confirmation that we have despatched your order, please allow 10 working days for delivery. If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please get in touch on 0333 003 0019 or via the Contact Us form and we will be more than happy to help.
