In May 1765, HMS Victory was completed. Once launched, this First rate 104 gun ship engaged in the War of Independence, French Revolution and most notably the decisive Battle of Trafalgar. Under the leadership of Vice Admiral Horatio Nelson, commanding the Flagship HMS Victory, the Fleet of 27 ships approached the enemy in two columns and defeated them in a dramatic historic battle.
