Their mission – to breach Germany’s Möhne and Eder Dams with Barnes Wallis’ innovative bouncing bombs. The handcrafted and durable brown genuine leather edition is lined with a camouflage livery of the Dambuster aircraft. It features distinguished military insignia – from the golden RAF Pilots’ Wings Brevet on the chest, to the 617 Squadron badge on the sleeve, in turn depicting the squadron motto – Après Moi Le Déluge. The Squadron code letters of Wing Commander Guy Gibson’s aircraft accent the left sleeve, whilst the jacket features a knitted waistband, side pockets, a zipped front closure and a detachable faux shearling collar.
